WHAT TO EXPECT

Once you put on a gown and put your hair up, we will go over your medical forms. This takes about 10-15 minutes and is important both for the information you provide and for the chance it gives your body to acclimate to the ambient room temperature. The actual scanning will take between five minutes (for a breast or region of interest scan) and 30 minutes (for a full body scan).

At the end of your appointment, we will take some time to review your images, talk about the interpretation process and answer any questions you might have about medical thermography.
