Midwest Medical Thermography was honored to be part of the 11th Annual Women's Health Naturally Expo & Workshops at the Carbondale Civic Center. Over 200 participants from across Southern Illinois and beyond gathered to explore the incredible natural health resources available in our region.

Hosted by Dayempur Herbals and the Dayemi Health Practitioners, the event brought together an inspiring variety of practitioners—Naturopathic and Functional Medicine doctors, Herbalists, Homeopaths, Chinese Medicine practitioners, Iridologists, Neuro-Optometrists, Acupuncturists, Energy Healers, and many more. Attendees engaged with professionals, explored health-supportive products, and took part in interactive workshops and healing experiences.
A highlight of the day was the Panel Discussion on “Food is Medicine: Why It Matters,” which offered practical insights into how everyday food choices directly impact health and well-being. The message was clear: nutrition matters, and small changes can make a big difference.

Afternoon workshops included topics such as:
Functional Pattern training with Snyder Physique
Omega testing with ZINZINO
Brain function optimization through neuro-optometry with the Mind-Eye Institute
The power of micronutrients in DNA repair with Dr. Terry Harmon
The day concluded with a moving and restorative sound therapy session led by True Nature Holistic Arts—a beautiful reminder of the healing power of vibrational energy and community connection.

We also want to thank The Branch Cafe & Market, whose delicious catered offerings reminded us that nutritious, organic food is not only fuel but medicine when prepared with care and intention.
It was a joy to be among so many passionate individuals committed to holistic healing and empowered wellness. We at Midwest Medical Thermography are grateful to be part of this growing movement and look forward to continuing to support our community with non-invasive thermal imaging and integrative health education.
