As part of our ongoing efforts to support breast health, we continue to emphasize the value of daily breast massage alongside Medical Thermography—both non-invasive tools that aid in early detection and overall tissue wellness.

Daily Breast Massage

For Optimal Breast Health

Benefits include relieving breast pain, bringing blood, oxygen and lymph to the breast tissue, decreasing lumps and cysts from fibrocystic breasts and eliminating toxins and stagnation.

1. Beep Beep, Beep Beep

“Honk” your breasts. Compress and release quickly to move the lymph through the breast.

2. Round The Ranch

Cup one breast with both hands, and swirl your hands around and around the breast like hands on a clock. Repeat with second breast.

3. Mount Vesuvius

Cup your whole breast with both hands closest to the chest wall. Slowly squeeze and press hands outward toward the nipple. This pulls the breast off of the chest wall, which frees up one of the most congested areas allowing lymph vessels to open up.

4. Phluff The Girls

Simply bend over at the waist and bobble your breasts!

5. Thumbs Up!

Hook your thumbs into the shoulder straps of your bra and lift up several times, giving the girls a good bounce.

“Technique is secondary to loving intention.”
